I am someone who loves having a profession that allows me to help others, and I feel so rewarded seeing kids get excited about learning. I am teaching 1st grade alongside Ms. Slepicka and feel very grateful to work next to such a great teacher and to be part of an all around amazing school community.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree from San Francisco State University and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State University of Sacramento.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR PS7 EXPERIENCE?
The thing I like most about my PS7 experience is seeing students who truly enjoy learning and are so dedicated to their education. The kids at this school make me feel very hopeful about the future of our country.
WHAT ARE YOUR PERSONAL GOALS FOR YOUR STUDENTS?
My personal goals for my students are to help them find the confidence in themselves to realize that they can accomplish anything they want in life with hard work and determination. They are all capable of great success.

HOW DO YOU LIKE SPENDING YOUR FREE TIME WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING?
I love spending my free time cycling through the rolling hills of Loomis, practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors with my family, eating pastries from Freeport Bakery and going for walks with my dogs Pete and Lady.
